Please Note The Following Delivery Policies:

• We take pride in our customer service at All In Fun and this includes not only the quality of our products, but also the speed of our service and delivery. Keeping this in mind, we require that any cancellation or adjustment to your order be made no later than 3pm EST on the day before the scheduled delivery.
• Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but please contact us and we can do our best to accommodate.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• The recipient may be called to schedule delivery.
• Residential Deliveries: When ordering please add as much information as possible to help our delivery person find the correct home.  Specific doors and door bells to use is helpful.  If we are unable to locate the residence we may call the recipient or purchaser for more information.
• For business deliveries: The delivery person may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or the receptionist with specific instructions on how to handle the item. All In Fun is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. If the business is closed, delivery will be attempted the next business day.  During busy holiday times, business deliveries may be made as late as 5:00 PM.  Please be aware that some business do not allow the delivery of Latex Balloons.
• For school deliveries: The delivery person may leave the gift with the front desk, security, or the receptionist with specific instructions on how to handle the item. All In Fun is not responsible for any gift that is not properly handled. If the school is closed, delivery will be attempted the next school day. During busy holiday times, school deliveries may be made as late as 3:00 PM.   Please be aware that some schools do not allow the delivery of Latex Balloons, or deliveries at all to students.  Please ensure the school will allow the delivery.
